A deposit is required for services all services and will be processed at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. No refunds will be offered on services rendered.
We are following strict covid guidance and practicing social distancing at this time to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. No mask no service is enforced (Can be provided if you don't have yours). No additional guests allowed while being serviced unless they are being serviced also. Absolutely NO CHILDREN under the age of 14 allowed and in addition they must be acquiring service at that time.
Cancellation/No call no show
Please arrive at least 15 mins before scheduled Appt. Late arrivals may result in a shortened Appointment.
Appointments may be cancelled 48 hrs or more prior to your appointment without penalty. Appointments cancelled under the 48 hrs of scheduled service will be charged the full amount of deposit provided. A "no call/no show" or last minute cancellation results in an empty room and an inconvenience for other patrons. If one does not cancel in the appropriate time frame, they will be charged full amount of deposit provided. Clients have 72 hours to provide notice of any issues with service or install. Installs will be allotted only one correction after initial install. Upon notice client will be rescheduled for for a corrective action by stylist free of charge.
